Financial Management – Responsible for the direction and management of all systems and procedures for the collection of revenue, payment of bills, and purchasing to ensure the integrity of financial information including:
Verify, maintain, analyze, and communicate monthly and annual financial statements, reports, investments, and invoices for all stakeholders
Coordinating and leading the annual audit process including liaising with external auditors
Overseeing and leading the annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the company CEO
Oversite of all bank accounts and investment vehicles to maintain adequate working capital and return
Overseeing the expense and contract billing and expense report software and policies
Updating, documenting, and implementing all necessary business policies and finance practices to improve efficiency and financial controls
Provide financial information to meet the needs of leadership & staff including working with CPA, Audit, and Tax firms producing financial reports, costing templates, and trend analysis on an as-needed, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Oversee corporate insurance and risk management functions including evaluating and maintaining adequate insurance coverage to meet the changing needs of the company
Prepare, communicate, and present critical financial matters to the CEO
Ensuring compliance with Federal, State, local and any other financial, tax reporting, and regulatory requirements
Marketing and Communications – Responsible for owner engagement and satisfaction framework, including marketing, communication, and brand strategy that align strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve organizational objectives including:
Responsible for collaborating with external agencies for internal and external marketing and communications for the company
Work with a contracted marketing firm to create and implement marketing/media plans that include print, online, video, and social networking to identify opportunities to spotlight leadership, projects, products, and partners
Administrate event planning, in conjunction with CEO and Leadership, while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event
Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
Manage and oversee the content of the company website to ensure it is current, dynamic, and relevant
Strategize, develop, and oversee the production of content for the website and social media
Review and deliver applicable analytics on an ongoing basis and generate applicable reports regarding traffic, click-openings & click-throughs, lift, and results.
Control and organize the periodical refresh of the company newsletter with relevant information
Liaison leadership between the company and outside constituents and consultants in the areas of public relations, advertising agencies, Fund managers (s), portfolio co’s and Limited Partners
Strategic Business and Administrative Operations – Responsible for strategic processes and administrative functions to ensure efficient and consistent business operations including:
Management and administration in the evaluation, and tracking of company strategic and long-range objectives
Provide oversight of the activities relating to the Boards of Managers (BOM), Investment Committee (s) and other applicable Committees, including maintenance of Board/Committee reports, agendas, and action items, BOM standards, BOM job descriptions, policies, and bylaws, including BOM administrative support for company CEO
Implement a robust software solution for the company including but not limited to: development, planning, execution, and leading the overall administration of the system
Review and ensure compliance with all contracts entered into by company
Requirements
Four-year degree in a finance/business discipline such as Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or the equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in a business environment. Credit union experience is desirable.
At least 5 years of experience developing and managing third party. relationships/partnerships including revenue generation experience.
Demonstrated expertise in the development and analysis of financial/business models.
Strong analytical thinker with the ability to implement tactically.
Ability to create a vision, take a broader perspective by clarifying long-term vision, creating plans, and anticipating future possibilities.
Strong business and financial acumen
Ability to manage several diverse projects and coordinate the activities of others in a performance-oriented culture.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment; demonstrated project and workflow management skill set.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status. Range $89,000-$119,000
