Kent Lugrand

A seasoned credit union veteran of more than 35 years, Kent Lugrand serves as President and CEO at InTouch Credit Union in Plano, Texas. With particular expertise in brand development and strategy, Lugrand directed the rebrand from EDS Credit Union to InTouch Credit Union and developed the brand as a civic-minded economic partner in the regions it serves. Lugrand also led the charge on the launch of significant new products, five strategic mergers, multiple system conversions and the transition to a focus on digital delivery. He has served in leadership roles for a variety of other credit unions, including Addition Financial FCU and Inova FCU.

- Directed major rebrand from EDS Credit Union to InTouch Credit Union, which was subsequently recognized as the No. 1 credit union brand in the US for institutions under $1 Billion in assets in 2011
- Currently serves as parliamentarian on the Board of Trustees for Carver Baptist Bible College, Institute & Theological Seminary – and on the Leadership Development Committee, Governmental Affairs Committee and Credit Union Resources Board of Directors for Cornerstone League
- Previously served on the Community Depository Institution Advisory Council for the Dallas Federal Reserve
